Parts Manager

My name is David Ellis, I am the Parts Manager at Armstrong Prestige Dunedin & I have been with the company just over 8 years, with 34 years overall experience in the motor trade under a number of different brands.

Our department has grown since I started and we have pleasingly gathered more and more brands, nine in total now. Thus our parts staff has increased from two to three.

These days, it is even more important to supply customers with a good timely service. To do this depends, firstly on having good staff around you, then keep improving by taking advantage of all the knowledge and training that’s on offer.

So all our parts staff get Product Training from our suppliers'local Customer Training and MITO (Motor Industry training).
